Whether it involves sheet metal shearing, punching, stamping, forming, or bending, we can do it. We can further integrate a part into an assembly that requires machining, welding, or assembly as well.
We have an exceptional sheet metal department that is able to handle just about any complicated and difficult part it is presented with. With our aide in design with respect to manufacturing, we have been able to save our customers money by coming up with more efficient manufacturing methods through the use of special tooling or more efficient processes. For example, we have made our own tooling in our machine department which allows us to form sheet metal parts in a single hit that may otherwise require multiple hits and still require welding and grinding. We have been able to use this technology to simplify and improve the parts used in virtually all industries.
